Do you guarantee we will get accredited?

We do not use the word guarantee. Our history with accreditation should speak for itself. You can rest assured your organization and your team is in the safest hand possible to guide you through the accreditation or reaccreditation process

What are your fees?

Fees depend on project needs. The number of internal resources your company can dedicate to the accreditation process is also a factor. The number of services needed, like uploading documents, is another factor.

Is your customer base made up of new and existing customers?

We have a terrific return customer base. As with any good business, we have a healthy balance between new and existing customers.

How do we prepare our clients for survey preparation?

First, we conduct mock audits and provide coaching to prepare you for the ARETE Mock Accreditation Survey and The Actual Accreditation Survey. ARETE conducts a mock accreditation survey approximately eight weeks before the actual accreditation survey.

What documents do we audit during survey preparation?

All documentation and file review requirements [including File Audits-HR/Credentialing-Training- Case files- Patient files]. Relevant Case Files include -Documentation Preparation, Documentation prep lists, Staff and management coaching, and Mock file audits accompanied by coaching.

Do you have consultants that have worked for URAC in the past?

Yes, many of our consultant have worked for URAC in the past. Many are still currently URAC Reviewers. Together we have 25 plus years with URAC.
